Our all-inclusive package includes the following services

More information

  • parking: EUR 5.00 per day
  • dogs on request: EUR 15.00 per day (without food): We would like to kindly remind you that dogs are not allowed in the public areas (bar, restaurant, lobby, spa). Guests will be liable to an additional charge if rooms are damaged or left in an extremely dirty condition. Please note that dogs are not allowed in all room categories.
  • payment methods: You can settle your final payments in cash, by debit card (Maestro), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Cancellations:

Summer season 2021:

  • In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
  • In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: we will keep the paid deposit
  • In case of a cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 80% of the price have to be paid.

If there is a travel warning for Carinthia or Austria or if you are unable to arrive due to a Covid-19 measure, a cancellation is also for a short-term before arrival possible.

A Cancellation will only be accepted in written form.

Winter season 2021/2022:

  • In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fees
  • In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: we will keep the paid deposit
  • In case of a cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 80% of the price have to be paid.

If there is a travel warning for Carinthia or Austria or if you are unable to arrive due to a Covid-19 measure, a cancellation is also for a short-term before arrival possible.

A cancellation will only be accepted in written form.

For legal reasons we are obliged to inform you that we reserve the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient snow up to three days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that you have no claim on the operation of all 33 cable cars and uphill installations since some of the lifts might not run due to insufficient snow cover.

Please note:

If you do not claim services included in the weekly package, then daily rates or the full price of the weekly package will apply. Weekly packages are significantly less expensive than daily rates. Please note that unclaimed services (rental skis, etc.) will not be refunded.
