Culinary enjoyment and nicotine don’t go together well. That’s why our delightful, comfortable and stylish dining rooms are exclusively non-smoking. Each is distinguished by its own special look and feel. Enjoy breakfast and half board in a smoke-free atmosphere.

Breakfast
According to a German saying, the morning hour has “gold in its mouth”. At our hotel, gold stands for salmon and sparkling wine on Sundays and daily fresh eggs prepared in many different styles. Cock-a-doodle-doo!
Our breakfast buffet is a feast for all of your senses:

With waffles prepared to your liking, either with maple syrup or apple sauce,
fried bacon or Leberkäse (Austrian pork speciality),
grilled bratwurst,
fresh fruit and fruit salad,
muesli bar,
yoghurts and cheeses made from delicious Carinthian milk,
oven-fresh Carinthian farmhouse bread,
10 different types of tea and naturally
coffee specialities.

Half-board
Our half-board includes light, in-between refreshments in case you feel peckish during the day. The cold and hot afternoon buffet provides for a relaxing break and a delight for your taste-buds.

In the evening, we will treat you to:

a five-course dinner menu (3 main dishes to choose from – one of which is a vegetarian meal from our natural cuisine) with an extensive buffet of appetisers
theme nights such as a Carinthian farmer’s buffet, Italian Specialities Night, etc.
As highlight of the week, look forward to a fantastic fish buffet with lobster, oysters, mussels, see bass in salt crust, salmon in puff pastry and lots more.
