New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day surcharge:

The children’s rates in the price list apply for children aged 4-14 years.
Youths aged 15-18 years get 15% off the quoted adult prices.

Children’s prices and reductions only apply if there are 2 full payers per room.

Youths in a separate room pay price of adults.

Parking in garage for one car:

You may pay the final bill either by cash, EC card (cash card), Visa or Master Card.

Terms of cancellation:

In the case of late arrival, early departure, non-arrival or cancellation of the contract within the last two weeks before the agreed day of arrival, the guest will be charged 80% cancellation fee of the cost of accommodation.  A cancellation is only accepted if it is in writing. For purely legal reasons, we must point out that we reserve the right to cancel any reservations in the case of insufficient snow cover up to 3 days before the start of the holiday.  We must additionally point out that guests shall have no right to demand the operation of all 33 lift facilities, because, due to slope grooming reasons, some facilities might not be operating. 

Please note:

If you do not take advantage of the services included in the week-based offers, the daily or weekly prices shall apply without price deduction.

There shall be no entitlement to services that were not taken advantage of (lift pass, rental skis, etc.) All package offers are significantly cheaper than if the daily rate is billed.
