All-inclusive includes:        

Breakfast buffet, lunch corner, lunchtime buffet, coffee & cake, ice-cream, evening meal with choice of menu or buffet night
Drinks form 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. – self service

The all-inclusive holiday includes the following services:

All-inclusive pamper board
Activities programme from the hotel (hiking tours, child care service (MO-FR for children from 4 yrs), Nassfeld +Card, Carinthian adventure park, once a week: night spent outdoors, picnic, climbing park, dry toboggan run, traditional folk dance, dance night, casino night, karaoke night, etc.)

Payment options:

You may pay the final bill either by cash, EC card (cash card), Visa or Master Card.

Terms of cancellation:

In the case of late arrival, early departure, non-arrival or cancellation of the contract within the last two weeks before the agreed day of arrival, the guest will be charged 80% cancellation fee of the cost of accommodation.  A cancellation is only accepted if it is in writing. For purely legal reasons, we must point out that we reserve the right to cancel any reservations in the case of insufficient snow cover up to 3 days before the start of the holiday.  We must additionally point out that guests shall have no right to demand the operation of all 33 lift facilities, because, due to slope grooming reasons, some facilities might not be operating.

Please note:

If you do not take advantage of the services included in the week-based offers, the daily or weekly prices shall apply without price deduction.

There shall be no entitlement to services that were not taken advantage of (dry toboggan run, Rock Labyrinth, Adventure Park.)
